Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated based on order weight and destination
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Expedited delivery option
- Overnight Shipping: Available for select locations
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 11 AM PT typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM PT will ship the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all addresses within Chile. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after order processing. Track your order using the tracking number provided via email.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within Chile. International shipping options may be available for select countries. Check at checkout to see if we deliver to your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your account at loyaltyoverlove.com.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately at support@loyaltyoverlove.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
8. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders over a certain amount (see checkout for current threshold). Promotional free shipping codes may be applied at checkout when available.
