Return Policy

1. Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Orders must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
2. Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, clearance items, or items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@loyaltyoverlove.comwith your order number. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a return label.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for all eligible items. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Exchanges are processed just like returns. Select your replacement item and we'll ship it out once we receive your original item in our warehouse.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Sale and Clearance Items
Most sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, we'll still replace defective or damaged items. Check the product page for return eligibility before purchase.
